The process was so smooth moving in due to this is our first apartment we didn't want to have complications & natasia made sure of that the leasing office team in general are so sweet , our land lord was on top of everything we needed fix so impressed! I have never left reviews before, but I feel this is needed due to seeing other reviews that are simply just not true. I’ve lived here for going on 3 years now. I’ve lived all over from Michigan to Florida to here and I have never once found a place that is more caring of their tenants. Everything is handled professionally and rarely ever have I had any issues maintenance wise. And If there ever is an issue, they arrive in a very timely matter. I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed with the management of an apartment complex but not only am I impressed I’m genuinely thankful for Alexa and the rest of the staff. Best part is, you’re right next to all the stores for shopping. I have a hard time staying put however I am happy to say this is one place I’ll be staying at for a while due to the people that work here and the comfortability of my apartment.

Everyone has their own experience at places, but mine has been nothing but positive since the office staff has changed. Natasia, Alexa, and Anahi are so helpful and caring. The apartments are in great shape and they have different finishes to fit your needs of either price or preferences. I’d recommend checking them out if you’re looking in this area.

I love this property. They keep the grounds looking nice, the interior of the apartments is gorgeous (upgraded everything) and the staff is super helpful and friendly. My leasing agent is a doll, so eager to help me pick the right apartment. I see the same floor plans everywhere I go where the kitchen and living room are like one giant room. The floor plan that I rented has a totally separate kitchen and I love it. Not sure were some of these other reviews came from but my experience has been nothing but positive!

Believe me when I say I do NOT post 5 star reviews unless I am impressed with a service. Giving credit where credit is due, I’d like to acknowledge Jeff’s (current property manager) noble efforts. We are working through a personal situation that is causing some pain points. Recently, he came up with a creative solution that almost rendered me emotional. I was impressed! We are hoping that his recent endeavor will resolve my problem once and for all. There are times when tenants need a property manager to function in the role of advocate and counselor within the guidelines of the lease. Jeff has been filling those roles flawlessly whenever I reach out for his help. I like that he has a compassionate side, something that was seriously missing with his two previous predecessors. I hope that our professional relationship will continue to blossom for a long time, and, that he will continue to care about my experience and issues! Thx

Apartment searches are hard. My boyfriend and I had been looking at different complexes for weeks, it was stressful, annoying, time consuming, and very worrisome. After finding the Preserve at City Center Apartments, we got in contact with Diana from the leasing office. Ever since stepping foot in the office for a tour— to being resided here today, it was a breeze. She was very helpful, extremely thorough and detail oriented when getting us through the leasing process. There was no messing around, it was good business. We felt welcomed and enjoyed her enthusiastic and friendly company. Now thanks to her, we have our new home and couldn’t be happier.

Great location in Aurora. Diana and Sandra have been in the office for a long time and are always friendly. The new manager has been kind as well and helpful. Aurora comes with its own challenges, and the apartment complex cant control everything. I enjoy living here and plan to continue until I am ready to buy a place.

My daughter and son in law live here. Their apartment is beautiful and well maintained (this is not a brand new community by any means). We helped them with their move in process and the girls in the office we very informative and patient. Had a couple small issues we found when moving them in, but maintenance was speedy in coming over.

Nice apartments, I wish the pool was bigger or there was a second one but thats not really the property fault. Other than that I love it here. Just wanted to update- SO happy when I called in my maintenance request maintenance came say day and with a smile. They had to call out a contractor, but i didnt even have to wait a full 24 hours for that!

Overall it's not too bad. Love the mix of cultures here and residents here are pretty friendly. Cant say its quiet here, but it's also not too noisey. Neighbors are pretty chill. Manager and Sandra are very friendly and nice. My only complaint is about the group of 3-7 children, ages 4-12 that curse, scream and run around with no supervision while leaving trash and toys every where in the grass triangle area next to the post office boxes. The other day they were swinging off a tree branch with a lifting strap. I was worried they would break the branch and injure themselves since the tree branch was quiet large. Thankfully that did not happen.

I had a couple of small things in my apartment that needed to be fixed so I called the office and I spoke to the manager Stephanie she made sure the maintenance team took care of it for me that same day.

Diana and Sandra ARE AMAZING ! They go above and beyond for the residents/prospects. I temped here for a few weeks last summer and personally loved this property all around. Diana and Sandra truly make you feel like family. This staff was a whole when Hector was there... and the atmosphere of the office was always at peace! However, them being under the new manager has been frustrating all around. From personal feelings/interactions to seeing and hearing what the residents have to say is sad. The owner responses are contradicting because they say they will take these reviews "into serious consideration" and the feed back doesn't get applied to the customer/resident retention practices. I'm glad the residents are able to identify the difference in the office and not blaming the property as a whole. The residents are afraid of retaliation from management and the biased behavior just violates fair housing Laws . I myself am mixed with African American and has seen the difference in interactions. It's sad that I no longer feel welcome to this property when I myself as a leasing agent would refer prospects to The Preserve. I love AMC but the manager makes the company look bad. SOS Diana and Sandy.

My husband and I moved in about two months ago and we love our apartment. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Norman came in and took care of everything he is great! The only reason why we are not giving the 5 stars is due to the rude manager. We have been to the leasing office few times and every time we go in we are completely ignored by her. She won't even say hi or ask if we need anything she literally walks right by us and goes into the other office.I get that she is running a business but manners would really make a difference. Unlike the other two girls who always have a smile on their face.

What's with the automatic shutters on your front doors that slam on you really hard automatically.? Have you ever tried going in one of your units with a stroller? The doors either going to swing back and hit your baby or you. I think they're on there to save money on power or something. Personally might take and idiotic accessory for a residential door. What's with the parking spaces being so narrow? The spaces are so narrow even a small size sedan can't park 2 next to each other. Because you wouldn't be able to get out of your car:( Oh yeah and how much radiation is being pumped out of that tower on the corner of your property out at Mississippi? Hope you don't charge extra for the boatload of daily radiation you subject all of your tenants to:( :( :(

I just wanted to take the time and THANK Dave for coming to fix my AC. I called Josh on my way home told him that my air was not working and that I was MISERABLE. He asked me what time would I be home and he would send Dave to look at it. Dave pulled up just as I did went right to work and within an hour my AC was up and running. It runs better now than it did when I moved in. I just want to take this time and thank Dave for promptly taking care of this matter.
